Belgian abbey beer, high fermentation, with second fermentation in the bottle. It is an “Enkel” or “Singel” style beer, which is made by the monks for their own consumption. Made according to the old recipe received by St. Bernardus from Westvleteren in 1946. Its color is light golden, somewhat cloudy. Creamy, abundant, white foam with great persistence. Aromas of yeast, bread and coriander with light notes of orange peel. The taste is smooth and light with confirmation of aromatic sensations. Evident citrus presence with fine and slight bitterness. Its refreshing finish makes it ideal for the summer season.
