Kwak is a Strong Ale type beer. High fermentation. It is the result of three types of malt combined with sugar and wheat, added to three types of hops. Pauwel Kwak, means coachman's beer. The glass with its special Kwak wooden stand provides a nice contrast to the beer. Deep amber in color, it presents a dense and creamy white foam. Delicately fruity and malty aroma, slightly coriander and hops. Subtle aromas of banana, with a touch of pineapple and mango in the background. Recommended serving temperature: 4º-9º Its flavor is soft, fruity, reminiscent of nougat, with character and slightly spicy, with hints of liquorice that evolves. Final reminiscent of the flavor of caramelized banana. The bitterness remains in the background, but pleasant at the end.
