NATIONAL SHIPPING:
Local shipments (Pamplona and surrounding area):
Orders from customers in Pamplona and the surrounding area can be picked up in our store at no additional cost. To do this, when placing the order, you must check the box "Pick up in store." Once your order is ready, we will notify you so that you can come and pick it up.
If you prefer, it can be delivered to your home with an additional cost of 3.50 euros for deliveries within a radius of no more than 8 km from Pamplona. For shipments within Navarra at a distance greater than the aforementioned, it will be sent by Zeleris under the same conditions as the rest of the Peninsula.
Interprovincial shipments:
- Standard service 72 hours/1 week: Shipments are made by Zeleris to the entire national territory (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla); the cost varies depending on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and is shown in the shopping cart as long as you have logged in on our website.
- Urgent service 24 hours/48 hours: Urgent shipments are carried out by Nacex to the entire national territory (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). The cost varies depending on the weight and dimensions of the shipment, and is shown in the shopping cart as long as you have identified yourself on our website.
- Furrier Service For large volume and heavy shipments, we use Palibex. This company accepts 5 types of pallets:
Half Mini pallet (up to 75 kg) 0.6 x 0.8 x 0.6 m
Mini pallet (up to 150 kg) 1.2 x 1 x 0.6 m
Quarter pallet (up to 300 kg) 1.2 x 1 x 0.8 m
Half pallet (up to 600 kg) 1.2 x 1 x 1.2 m
Full pallet (up to 800 kg) 1.2 x 1 x 1.8 m
To know the shipping cost, you must identify yourself on our website and start adding items to the cart. Since the price changes when you reach the next weight tier, when this happens, you can decide whether to continue adding items, remove some, or leave the order as it is at that moment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Currently we only ship outside of Spain to Portugal via Nacex under the same conditions as shipments within Spain. At the moment we do not make shipments to the rest of Europe or the world, although we are studying the best way to be able to do so in the future.
Returns
Returns that have not been previously authorized will not be accepted.
