High fermentation filtered beer made from malt, hops, natural sugars, water from the brewery's own underground source and an exclusive house yeast that has been cultivated for 80 years. The pronounced sweet-sour taste of this beer, its smooth flavor structure and characteristic amber color are due to the caramel malts used and the experience and patience of the brewmaster (the beer rests for four to six weeks). The high density - the proportion of malt - and the house yeast make it possible to brew one of the strongest Belgian beers, with an alcohol volume of 12%. The saturated CO2 is easy to digest and makes this beer an excellent aperitif or a very effective digestive after dinner. Clear crystal color, aroma of ripe fruit and especially caramel.
