The Trappistes Rochefort 8 is dark in color, wild and with a pronounced palate bordering on fruity with a dry finish. Made from two malts, candeal sugar and two types of hops, which are added twice during its production, it gives it a body, with its second fermentation, which gives a sensation that has no description. It is an ideal beer to consume as an aperitif, although it goes well with cured cheeses.
